Dr. Steve Nida delivered a paper presentation titled, “Time-Out: A Comprehensive Review of the Literature” at the 79th Annual Midwestern Psychological Association Meeting in Chicago, IL on May 3 - 5, 2007. Also at this meeting he served as a panelist in the APA Academic Career Workshop titled, “Entering the Academic Marketplace: Advice from Experts”.

On June 18, at the Center for Human Science, in Chapel Hill, N. C., Dr. Nida delivered a presentation titled, “Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Heading an Academic Department”.
